Information packet

So many people will buy books and read blogs and articles.  But which ones?  This can lead to hours of researching on your own for information that may or may not be helpful to you.

Often we may not have the time to read multiple  books or search through dozens of articles to find what we need.  

As a counselor, I work with many couples.  They may be anywhere in their relationship such as dating just a few months or married or cohabitating for decades.  I often see the same problems in many couples.
