One Phone/Video Session

$150  for self pay

One 50-minute live video or phone session.  The first session is required to be video.

I’m accepting clients who are physically located in Ohio, New Mexico, or Florida at the time of the sessions. Depending on location, I work with different insurance panels and some EPAs***.

Phone and video sessions are 50 minutes. 

Please understand that much of the first session for new clients is utilized to obtain needed information about the client’s current and past circumstances and symptoms. 

I do not charge extra for couples sessions or the first session/Diagnostic Assessment.

***Although I may be on your insurance panel, it does not automatically mean your sessions will be covered.  It is your responsibility to check with your insurance. 

Some questions you might ask are:

• Is there a deductible? 

• How much is it?

• How much have you used to date?

• When does the deductible start?

• Does your plan cover mental health sessions? 

• If you are going to participate in couples sessions, then ask if they are covered.

• How many sessions are covered?

• Does your insurance cover telehealth?

• What CPT codes are covered? (90791, 90837, 90834, 90832, 90847 are common codes I use)
