Anxiety was a huge problem most of my life. I was very shy and reserved until about age 40. That was when I was finally able to get a handle on my anxiety. This allowed me to be more assertive and open with my life.
Who would have thought that shy girl/woman would now be a sex therapist and also specialize in general and specific anxiety! Certainly not me! But here I am.
I thoroughly enjoy working with a variety of people. As I raised my sons I always told them the world is a better place because all people are different. I love it when I am able to see people be who they are instead of what society thinks they should be.
